Q1: How do I recharge my account?
A1: Go to the Recharge section in the app or website, choose your preferred payment method, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your deposit. You can also refer to the payment guide on the Add Cash page for detailed steps. (Note: payment status can be checked on the Recharge page.)
Q2: Why hasn’t my recharge reflected in my account?
A2: Please allow up to 1–48 hours for your payment to process. If the amount still doesn’t appear after that time, share your transaction ID or payment receipt with us so we can verify it.
Q3: I recharged the wrong amount. Can it be changed?
A3: Once a recharge is processed, the amount cannot be changed directly. Please contact Customer Support, and we’ll check if an adjustment is possible.
Q4: My recharge failed. What should I do?
A4: If your recharge failed but payment was deducted, please send us your successful payment receipt and order number. We’ll verify and help you process it as soon as possible.
